Substantial Loan

Anderson Chance was contacted by lawyers for Z, a major UK bank. Z wanted to pursue a claim against G Ltd, a company who had defaulted on a substantial loan. Z needed to know what assets were held by G Ltd. 

We were able to obtain the company records of G Ltd, and analysed its financial records going back to its incorporation. We found several properties owned by the company which had not been declared in its annual accounts. We also carried out research on its two Directors. 

Our research led to us uncovering assets not only in the UK, but also in France and Germany.
